Descrição: O Centro Comercial Dolce Vita Tejo é um complexo integrado no Loteamento do Parque Comercial da Amadora, o qual se desenvolve na base dum talude de considerável altura e marcada inclinação, onde se encontram instaladas importantes infra-estruturas, tais como, o IC16 (Itinerário Complementar 16) e uma conduta de água da EPAL, de abastecimento de água a Lisboa. A adaptação do local às exigências do loteamento obrigou à realização de diversas intervenções com interferência directa com o referido talude, designadamente: escavações, aterros, abertura de valas, desvio de ribeiras, abertura dum túnel e implantação de viadutos. Algumas destas intervenções deram origem a instabilizações envolvendo, por vezes, apreciáveis volumes de materiais constituintes do talude (solos e rochas).

Estudo da CONSULGEO: Análise e interpretação de toda a informação geotécnica disponível; análise das condições de estabilidade de diversos taludes; análise e interpretação de resultados de diversos equipamentos de monitorização instalados durante o desenvolvimento dos trabalhos de construção; pareceres sobre fundações de diversa estruturas, designadamente, viadutos; pareceres sobre soluções de drenagem; pareceres sobre a estabilidade de diversas estruturas de contenção.

Description: The Shopping Centre Dolce Vita Tejo is a structure integrated in Amadora Commercial Park Allotement, which is developed at the base of a slope of considerable height, where it were built important infrastructures such as the IC16 ( Complementary route 16) and a EPAL water pipe for water supply to Lisbon. The adaptation of the site for the Shopping Centre required the implementation of various interventions with direct interference with the slope, namely: excavation, execution of earth fills, trenching, shifting water courses, opening a tunnel and building viaducts. Some of these operations led to ground instabilities involving, sometimes, considerable volumes of materials of the slope (soils and rocks).

CONSULGEO study: Analysis and interpretation of all available geotechnical information; analysis of the stability conditions of different slopes; analysis and interpretation of results of various monitoring equipment installed during the development of the construction work; technical opinions about different structures foundations, namely, viaducts; advice on drainage solutions; technical opinions on the stability of various retaining structures.
