Estudo: Elaboração do Projecto de Alteração e Ampliação de um imóvel antigo.

Descrição: Trata-se dum edifício antigo, com uma área de implantação de 31x15m2, limitado pelo Largo de S. Carlos, pelas Ruas Serpa Pinto e Paiva Andrade, confrontando ainda com empenas de edifícios existentes. A obra consistiu na remodelação interior, com ampliação da área de construção, mantendo inalteradas as fachadas do imóvel existente. A solução projectada considerava a criação de 4 novos pisos enterrados e 5 pisos em elevação para utilização como escritórios.

Description: It is an old building with a 31x15m2 area bounded by the Largo de S. Carlos, the Rua Serpa Pinto and Rua Paiva Andrade, confronting also with existing buildings. The work consisted of the interior remodeling, enlarging the area of construction, keeping unchanged the existing building facades. The proposed solution considered the creation of 4 new underground floors and 5 floors for use as offices.
